modern carpet squares::The welcome was friendly, as usual.
We took the lift to our floor and wow!
Gone are the drab walls, ghastly seascape prints and revolting carpets.
Instead are modern carpet squares with funky designs, pale walls with beautiful floral friezes which match the carpet.
We opened the door to our room.
It smelt fresh and clean.
There were adequate towels which were replaced every day.
The cleaning ladies were very courteous and kind.
Small pots of milk were provided but buying a small carton of milk and keeping it in the minibar is a good move.
Breakfast can be served in the room on a tray but i prefer to take breakfast at a table.
Tea and coffee are served at your table.
The selection of cold meats, salamis and cheese is good.
There are fresh tomatoes, cucumber and a variety of pickled vegetables.
There are fresh fruits and fruit salad, yoghurts and compotes, apricots, dates and prunes to get you going; cereals bread jams, honey and chocolate spreads and of course croissants, painauchocolats, brioche and pain au raisins.
Fruit juices and still and sparkling water is also provided.
From there you can checkin online for the flight home.
On the last day the hotel staff were very happy to take care of our luggage until we left nice to get our flight.
The bus stop to the airport is right outside the front of the hotel and only costs 4 euros.
Oh and we slept like logs!
